You have coaching experience and would like to expand your coaching skills. This course is also very suitable if you are a (business or life) coach, mediator, mental health professional (e.g. therapist or family counsellor), organization development professional or HR consultant. Or you are heading for a change in your career. You like to learn by practice and are open to reflection. You need at least a bachelor level of education.
Your results after ORSC Intermediate (CRR global)
This course will enable you to:
- Integrate the skills and tools of Relationship Intelligence, System Geography and Relationship Path so that you can use them fluidly and flexibly, as the situation demands
- Apply coaching techniques for deepening and managing emotionally intense issues in both intimate and organizational relationships
- Identify and diminish the 'four horsemen of the apocalypse' (highly negative conflict styles)
- Understand the function of relationship structures, such as outer and inner roles, for stability in business and personal relationships
- Recognize and help manage the need for periodic change in these structures in order to avoid 'role nausea' and role rigidity over time
- Work with diversity issues in both organizational and personal settings (My Land, Your Land, Our Land), using a specific model and tools
- Identify three critical components of relationship fulfillment (values, myth, relationship as spiritual path, etc.)
- Let teams and organizations benefit their full potential
