Learn to navigate organisational change with this innovative approach to coaching and leadership. You will learn to help others identify their ‘locus of control’, empowering them to embrace change and thrive in relationship settings.

The ORSC Virtual Intermediate course consists of four modules completed in the following order:

  • ORSC™ Intelligence: A roadmap for change
  • ORSC™ Geography: Roles & structure
  • ORSC™ Path: Vision & potential
  • ORSC™ Systems Integration: Moving towards mastery

Training days

The ORSC Virtual Intermediate course consists of four modules, each of which is six half-days long divided among two weeks (3 consecutive days per week). During each module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment during the first day of the module.

Modules 1 to 4:

Week one

  • Day 1 from 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM
  • Day 2 from 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM
  • Day 3 from 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM

Week two

  • Day 1 from 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM
  • Day 2 from 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM
  • Day 3 from 08:00 AM till 12:00 PM

The ORSC Virtual Intermediate course consists of four modules completed in the following order:

ORSC™ Intelligence: A roadmap for change

Learn the powerful dynamics of emotions and how they help us navigate change. By helping others identify their ‘locus of control’, you empower them to embrace new developments. This module provides the necessary tools for expanding emotional intelligence when faced with the unknown. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.

ORSC™ Geography: Roles & structure

Start applying the MetaSkills you have learned during your ORSC™ introductory course. Geography explores the semi-permanent structures beneath any relationship. The two main components of this module are ‘Lands Work’ and ‘Roles’. Each provides deeper insight into relationships systems. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.

ORSC™ Path: Vision & potential

Discover the creative potential at the core of all relationships. Viewing relationships as a creative force gives you insight into advanced concepts like the Path of Relationship, Quantum Physics and Dreams. Learn to create a shared vision and a strategic plan for achieving it. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.

ORSC™ Systems Integration: Moving toward mastery

Deepen your ORSC™ skills and achieve complete mastery during this final module. This course integrates the dimensions of Intelligence, Geography, and Path through hands-on exercises and group supervision. It broadens your understanding of the ORSC™ model with extensive opportunities for practical application. After completion, you receive 18 ICF CCEUs.
