Challenging and engaging experience with a highly experienced and confident trainer.

Learned a lot about behavior of people and how to influence that. The trainer had a lot of experience in the practical exercises. It was really insightful to see how actual situations will/can happen.

very informative and useful training. I will use all different types of communications skill, situational leadership styles in daily basis.

Very good course in general. The trainer was really enthusiastic and interactive what meant was easy to keep focus during the training sessions. There were also a lot of assignments done is small groups what increase our opportunities to actively participate during the activities.

Overall a very positive experience. The training was practical but with good and balanced theoretical background. Good to have the opportunity to work with a training actress in the last session.

amazing experience. the group was really nice and mixed with different nationalities and professions which helped us to have different perspectives. the trainer was very qualified and experienced and led the program very successfully. I am amazed with all the work and knowledge transferred in such a short period.

The training is very practical and useful. I would definately recommend it to others too. The materials supporting the training are well chosen as well. Jonathan has been a great trainer so he really made the experience of the training even better!

I do enjoy the content, specially the real life examples and suggestions given. I find it a very nice learning experience that helps me reviewing myself and my way of working. For sure I`ve learned a lot from the training.

It was a very insightful training where I got conscious about my own behavior. During the training a learned a lot of tools which I can use as a leader. Practice will be key in evolving as a leader. However now I can proceed my learning path with new insights and tools and with a conscious mind.

The training has been a good self-reflection for me. Of where is stand and what I need to learn/put more work into. The trainer Jonathan has been a great teacher and very understanding,precise,enthusiastic,professional, very clear and went the extra mile to teach us a lot A 10+ for Jonathan I would recommend everybody to follow a course with SN & especially with Jonathan. In my opinion Schouten & Nelissen should really appreciate trainers like Jonathan as he is a great asset to the company. And he has so much knowledge and is willing to share it all. I get the feeling that I have so much more to learn from Jonathan that you would wish that the course would be another 4 days. A big thanks and well done!

The training at Schouten & Nelissen was very useful to get insight into leadership skills. Not everything can be thaught in a few sessions, but I`ve learned many new perspectives which I can use in practice.
