I am very happy about the training. Interacting with new people always helps you to identify new self within.

Power of will, thinking, and inspiration were quite good topics to understand. They are quite helpful in your day-to-day activities.

My experience of the course was that it was helpful and assisted in better handling upcoming situations slightly differently.

Collecting concerting points from the students and using them as cases to study is impressive

I liked that all pre-read of theory was before the 2 day workshop so the 2 days could be used for practice. I enjoyed practical exercises and learned from other participants’ experiences as well.

It was more interesting than others I did in the past and the top priority was that we take with us what we learn during the two sessions and during the preparation of the assignments.

Well prepared and organised

In general the training was planned and organized very well and the trainer was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable on this topic, I especially would suggest this training to some colleagues who have many interdepartmental contacts and communications. This will help them in managing a team or to speed up the process of work in a project,

Branko did a great job explaining us everything and triggering us to get out of our comfort zone and share our thoughts with the group. The food and drinks at the accommodation were very well organized.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training. Although, we were in a meeting room the whole day, the atmosphere was energetic and everyone was motivated to participate and learn.

Good training giving basics for influencing skills. It has useful material and trainer was great facilitating our journey. My only feedback would be to try to match groups with similar seniority or challenges to make the best out of the experience.

Overall, this is one of the trainings that stands out for me (1) It is directly linked to my job and I see benefits of using it every day (2) the way it was presented by the Branko made a great impression on me.

I found the training very pleasant. Branko is an excellent teacher that is very capable to motivate the group and the group we did the training with was also very nice. It therefore was a great experience for me!
