ORSC Fundamentals (CRR Global - English)

Master the essentials of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) with the ORSC Fundamentals course. You have the choice of attending this course as a standalone workshop or combining it with the ORSC™ Intermediate course.

The Fundamentals course is your entry point into the world of ORSC™, putting you on a track to the ORSC™ Intermediate level and the CRR Global ORSC™ Coaching Certification program.

This two-day workshop gives you a solid understanding of this ground-breaking coaching system. You&rsquo discover the five key ORSC tools, which you can immediately apply to your work. These tools are:

• Coaching the ‘third entity’: Exerting power and influence over relationships
• Designing partnership alliances: Building co-responsibility
• Alignment skills: Setting boundaries without losing sight of common interests
• Deep democracy: What roles can teach you about relationships
• Creating a relationship myth: Shaping a meaningful narrative for change

The ORSC Fundamentals course benefits any experienced coach who is interested in expanding their coaching skills. It requires at least a bachelor-level background or mental aptitude.

Participants come from diverse backgrounds including personal, Agile, executive and organisational coaches, leaders and managers, HR, L&D and therapists.

Prerequisites

This course is open to all experienced coaches with at least a bachelor-level background or mental aptitude. You must also be able to communicate effectively in English.

ORSC Fundamentals

In this course, you will discover the ground-breaking ORSC model for coaching teams, families, couples and organisations. Whether your specialisation is personal coaching, family therapy or business coaching, the ORSC model will change the way you work.

The course opens you up to a cutting-edge coaching model based on Systems Theory, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics, Co-Active Coaching and Taoism.

You will benefit from a unique approach in which the principles of Emotional Intelligence (relationship with oneself) and Social Intelligence (relationship with others) evolve to create Relationship Systems Intelligence. Learn how to leverage the collective wisdom of any group, team or system.

By completing the ORSC Fundamentals course, you earn 12 CCEUs (ICF).

Training course

The price of the training course is € 925,00 (excl. 21% VAT).

Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 925,00.

Package deal

If you register for the Fundamentals and Intermediate course at once, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the training courses. Payment method

You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.

Facility costs

The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and an extensive lunch buffet is € 175,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.

Training days

ORSC Fundamentals is a two-day course. You are required to do a practical coaching session with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment for the first evening of the course. This means coaching a relationship of your choice, consisting of at least two individuals. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the course. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment during the first day of the course.

Since this course is based on a daily rate, you are not required to stay at the venue overnight. However, you are free to stay in the hotel. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.

Module 1:

• Day 1 from 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM (lunch included)
• Day 2 from 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM (lunch included)

Virtual Fundamentals: 

The ORSC Virtual Fundamentals course consists of one module. You can choose from two formats, a) four half-days or b) two consecutive full-days in one week. You are required to do a practical coaching session with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching a relationship of your choice, consisting of at least two individuals. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the course. More information about the homework will be shared in the confirmation letter and the leaders will give a detailed explanation during the first day of the course.

Participants

The maximum group size for the training course is 26 participants.

Certificate

At the end of the ORSC Fundamentals (CRR Global - English) training, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 12-hour coach training. This certificate gives access to the ORSC™ Intermediate course, the next level of the ORSC™ curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.

Your trainers

The course is conducted by two members of the ORSC™ Faculty. These professionals are certified by CRR Global. They have been trained in the methods developed by ORSC™ creators Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon.
