On the second evening of the workshop, you will hold a real-life, one-hour coaching session (by telephone or via an online platform), working on a specific topic with someone from your professional or personal network. The next morning, we will evaluate the results of your coaching session.

At the end of the Co-Active Coaching Intermediate (CTI - English) course, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 104-hour ICF-accredited Training program. This certificate gives access to CTI’s Certification program, the final step of the Co-Active Coaching curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course. The Co-Active Professional Coach Certification program is a rigorous six-month virtual program in English, combining hands-on coaching, ongoing group work and one-on-one supervision. After successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the written and oral certification exam, with the goal of becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). When you register for Certification, it is possible to ask CTI for a supervisor who, for example, speaks Dutch, German, French or Spanish.
