Who is this for?
You work as a manager, advisor or change professional on complex transformation programs and want more than foundational knowledge or isolated interventions. You are looking for a proven framework (Kotter’s methodology) that connects direction, activation, acceleration and embedding. Advanced Change Certification is designed for professionals with at least Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking ability who want to lead change in a structured and measurable way.

Advanced Change Certification is Kotter’s most comprehensive certification program. It is designed for professionals who want not only to initiate change, but to accelerate it and embed it structurally within their organization. You complete all 6 core trainings of the framework.
- The program covers all 6 core trainings of the Kotter framework: from Foundations of Change to Achieving Lasting Change. You learn how to build momentum, make wins visible, and embed change durably in systems and culture.
- The training often offers depth with direct practical application. You work with realistic cases, proven change tools, interactive activities, and an assessment. After obtaining the international certification, Kotter Certified Change Leader, and receiving a significant badge via Credly.

Training course
The price of the training course is € 4.795,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 4.795,00.
Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and a varied lunch is € 500,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
The Advanced Change Certification program consists of 5 days of 9 hours (in-person or virtual) or 10 half-days of 4 hours (virtual).

The maximum group size for the training course is 24 participants.
Certification Badge
Upon successful completion of this program, you are entitled to call yourself a Kotter Certified Change Leader and receive a verified badge via Credly.
