Who is this for?
You work as a manager, advisor or project lead on change programs and find that isolated interventions are not enough. You need a proven framework, greater support and concrete tools to sustain momentum. Core Change Certification from Kotter is suitable for professionals with at least Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking ability who want to lead change in a structured, people-centered way.

What you learn
Core Change Certification is Kotter’s certification program that bundles 4 essential change trainings into one learning path. The program is designed for professionals who want not only to understand change, but to lead it in a structured and measurable way within their organization.
- The 4 training courses are: Foundations of Change, Engaging Stakeholders to Spark a Movement, Selling Your Case for Change and Essential Change Toolkit. Step by step, you build from theoretical insight to activation, buy-in and removing concrete change barriers.
- The program is available in 3 full days (in-person or virtual) or 5 half-days (virtual) format and combines cases, interactive exercises and an assessment. Upon successful completion, you earn the Kotter Certified Change Specialist certification and a verified badge via Credly.

Training course
The price of the training course is € 2.995,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 2.995,00.
Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and a varied lunch is € 300,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
The Core Change Certification program consists of 3 days of 9 hours (in-person or virtual), or 5 days of 4 hours (virtual).
Participants
The maximum group size for the training course is 24 participants.
Certification Badge
Upon successful completion of this program, you are entitled to call yourself a Kotter Certified Change Specialist and receive a verified badge via Credly.
