Who is this for?
You work as a professional, team lead or manager on change programs and notice that support, speed and focus are under pressure. Foundations of Change from Kotter helps you to better read behavior, leadership and organizational context, and to get change moving more purposefully. Suitable for professionals with at least Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking ability who want to build change capability.

What you learn
Foundations of Change is Kotter’s introductory training on change management. You discover how people, organizations and leaders respond to change, grounded in the Science of Change, the evidence-based foundation of Kotter’s methodology.
- You work with Kotter’s 4 Change Principles and 8 Accelerators for Leading Change. This not only builds knowledge, but also creates a shared language that helps you organize change in your team faster and more effectively.
- The training takes one full day (in-person or virtual) or 2 half-days (virtual) and is immediately applicable to current change challenges. Upon successful completion, you receive a verified badge via Credly as proof of your Kotter methodology knowledge.

Training course
The price of the training course is € 995,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 995,00.
Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and a varied lunch is € 100,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
The Foundations of Change training consists of 1 day of 9 hours (in-person or virtual) or 2 half-days of 4 hours (virtual).
Participants
The maximum group size for the training course is 24 participants.
Completion Badge
