Co-Active Process is recommended for leaders, coaches, consultants, professionals and anyone whose work involves helping others achieve their full potential. Participants must have a bachelor-level work experience/mental aptitude and must have successfully completed the Co-Active Balance course.

What you learn
Unlike other methods, Co-Active Process coaching centers on the present inner experience. During this course, you’ll learn to work with others to navigate emotionally charged issues. You’ll gain powerful skills that enable you to guide others through difficult times and show them the value of facing uncomfortable feelings in order to grow and move forward.
Co-Active Process aids others' growth, especially during emotional upheaval. Learn to be fully engaged, attentive, and open with them. Being present in their varied states fosters self-awareness. Profoundly enhance your coaching and relationships by mindfully navigating these moments.
This is a course for aspiring coaches, leaders and professionals who want to gain the skills to navigate tough emotions and create an environment where it is safe and joyous to be fully human. Here are some of the topics we’ll cover:
- Learn skills that help others “experience” (beyond talk) what exists for them
- Develop your own capacity to remain present during challenging moments
- Integrate and apply the Co-Active Coaching principles you’ve already learned

Training course
The price of the training course is € 1.755,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 1.755,00.
Package deal
If you register for the Fundamentals and Intermediate course at once, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the training courses. Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.

The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea, and a varied lunch varies depending on the country where the course is held:
