Who is this for?
You work as a leader, manager or change professional in an environment where change, ambiguity and pressure follow each other rapidly. You or your team sometimes shift into reactive mode, when direction and calm are what’s actually needed. Thriving Through Uncertainty from Kotter helps you read uncertainty better and navigate it more effectively. Suitable for professionals with at least Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking ability who lead teams or guide change.

What you learn
Thriving Through Uncertainty is Kotter’s training on leadership in uncertainty. You learn how uncertainty influences behavior, decision-making and leadership and how to recognize and address Survive signals in yourself and others more quickly.
- You work with 5 concrete Kotter tactics to reduce Survive behavior, broaden perspective and activate more Thrive in yourself, your team and your organization. As a result, you lead with greater calm and effectiveness in uncertain situations.
- The training takes half a day (4 hours, available both in classroom and virtual format) and is immediately applicable to current uncertainty in your own context. Upon successful completion, you receive a verified badge via Credly as proof of your Kotter competency.

Training course
The price of the training course is € 495,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 495,00.
Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation and coffee/tea is € 50,00 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
The Thriving Through Uncertainty training consists of half a day or 4 hours.
