What you learn
Systems Integration is the final course in the ORSC curriculum. This advanced course offers you a learning space to practice skills you’ve acquired in all previous courses. You’ll learn to integrate the dimensions of Intelligence, Geography and Path through group supervision, a deeper understanding of the ORSC model and lots of practice.
At this stage of your ORSC training, you're entering a transition. Beyond individual coaching, you'll now utilize your learned skills to influence bigger groups and organizations—a shift known as "World Work." Your actions will ripple across larger audiences than you once considered. This increased influence requires responsibility. The Systems Integration course provides MetaSkills, tools, and techniques to amplify your impact.
World Work involves both a state of being and doing. Navigating group dynamics is complex, demanding self-management, sensitivity to interactions, and oversight of emotional atmospheres. This course empowers you to adeptly handle these challenges and maintain your presence amid turmoil. Covered tools and topics include:
- Concepts like Non-attachment, Energetic Awareness, Disturbance as Ally
- Practicing techniques like Meta View, Crazy Wisdom, Service and more
- Advanced group and team coaching using the Deep Democracy process

Training course
The price of the training course is € 1.815,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 1.815,00.

If you register for the Fundamentals and Intermediate course at once, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the training courses. Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute – a Schouten & Nelissen company, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea, and a varied lunch varies depending on the country where the course is held:
